Birthday Party Ideas?

By fthomas | August 18, 2009

My son is turning one, but there will be kids of all ages at his party. It will be at a park, and the theme is ducks. I’m trying to figure out what to do for favors and such, any ideas would be appreciated, thank you.

You can add the game “Duck, Duck, Goose”, musical chairs, hunting for ducks, and for favors use cupcakes with a duck design on it.

look online to find balloons that specialize in themes, here in NYC we have “balloon saloon” they have balloons of all shapes sizes and themes.Duck lolly pops, socks with ducks, for the older kids maybe, cupcakes with different color ducks, bake sugar cookies in the shape of ducks. You could put those in a nice colorful cellophane bag, and that’s a give away too.

children’s parties are a real balancing act the family is happy about the child and want to join in and you have the job of pleasing a range of people I would wear an apron with ducks and have shirts showing the range of ducks mallards ****** and so on I would have pin the duck on the mommy instead of pin the tail on the donkey and ponds and puddles could be included in the party so the ****** could be splashes and the mallards sitters ducks are amazing and varied congratulations on having a child your little duckling should be in line behind you
