Need combined birthday party ideas… ?

My brother is turning 22 on the 19th, and my son will be 4 on the 20th. I need some kind of idea of how and where to do a combined birthday party, thats not going too all out. This will mostly be adults, with just 3 or 4 toddlers.

    maybe a park, for the kids, or a nice sit down restaurant or maybe a kids party first and then an adult party
